Here the management are asked to consider whether they are the best persons for their posts or whether they should consider a replacement or updating.
The lecture takes as its starting point a session where openness and equality are in focus. On the basis of the group´s intimacy, a developing understanding and acceptance of each other is created whereby controversies and conflicts become accepted areas of development, which demand a solution oriented treatment instead of a reproaching discussion.
