- 8.00-9.30 Lecture on cooperation (mental strength, intimacy, feed- back, attunement of expectations and recognition)
- 9.30-10.00 Questions
- 10.00-10.15 Break
- 10.15-11.45 Lecture on stress, performance and mental strength
- 11.45-12.15 Questions
- 12.15-13.15 Lunch
- 13.15-14.15 Introduction to a debate and group discussions
- 14.15-15.30 Break
- 15.30-16.30 Plenum questions and concluding remarks
The goal of the project day
The lectures open up to subjects that are consuming in a department which works with many challenges both time wise and financially. After the lectures, we will prepare the ground for discussions in groups where the participants can discuss the subjects and thus clarify the present and future challenges of the department. After the project day, there will be a follow-up meeting where the departmental managers will be informed of staff opinions and AmikiGroup’s suggested actions.
Other ways of doing it
A project day may also be more physically active and have outdoor, team developing tasks combined with e.g. lectures and other exercises.
A project day may be held in a number of ways so please contact us so that we can work out your exact needs.
